The extended format allows for teaching, guided practice, integration time, and the kind of unrushing that real transformation requires.

Events are held in small groups to maintain intimacy and ensure everyone receives attention. They’re suitable for those with some familiarity with body-based practices, though complete beginners with a genuine calling are welcome.
