We understand that life is unpredictable. This policy aims to balance flexibility with the reality that cancelled sessions affect our livelihood and prevent others from accessing appointments.

Individual Sessions

Cancellation Notice

  • More than 48 hours notice — Full refund or rescheduling at no charge
  • 24-48 hours notice — 50% fee applies, or reschedule within 2 weeks
  • Less than 24 hours notice — Full fee applies
  • No-show without notice — Full fee applies

Exceptions

We will always consider exceptional circumstances compassionately. If something genuinely unexpected prevents you attending, please let us know and we’ll discuss options.

Lateness

If you arrive late, we’ll use the remaining time as fully as possible, but we cannot extend the session into the next client’s time. The full fee applies.

Group Events and Workshops

Cancellation by You

  • More than 14 days before — Full refund minus £10 admin fee
  • 7-14 days before — 50% refund
  • Less than 7 days before — No refund, but transferable to another person

Cancellation by Us

If we cancel an event:

  • Full refund within 7 days
  • Priority booking for rescheduled dates
  • Where possible, at least 7 days notice

Minimum Numbers

Some events require minimum participant numbers. If we don’t reach this minimum:

  • We’ll notify you at least 7 days before
  • Full refund offered
  • Option to proceed with smaller group at reduced rate sometimes available

How to Cancel

  • Emailcontact us with your name and booking details
  • Phone — Leave a voicemail if we don’t answer; this counts as your cancellation time

Payment

Individual Sessions

Payment is due at time of booking. We accept bank transfer and card payments.

Events

Full payment required at booking unless deposit scheme is explicitly offered.
