Gianluca brings over six years of personal TRE™ practice to his facilitation work. His journey into somatic therapy began through his own experience of using body-based practices to navigate stress, burnout, and personal transformation.

Gianluca’s approach is grounded, gentle, and trauma-informed. He creates spaces where participants can safely explore their body’s natural healing mechanisms at their own pace. His background in transpersonal psychology informs his understanding of the deeper dimensions of somatic work.

Background

Before training as a somatic therapist, Gianluca worked in technology, where he experienced firsthand the toll that chronic stress can take on the body and mind. This personal experience drives his passion for making somatic practices accessible to others navigating similar challenges.
